XÂY DỰNG HỆ THỐNG HỎI ĐÁP TỰ ĐỘNG CHO CÂU HỎI FACTOID
Abstract
Bài báo trình bày một cách xây dựng hệ thống trả lời tự động tổng quát cho các câu hỏi factoid với nguồn dữ liệu web. Hệ thống sử dụng kỹ thuật phân loại văn bản để phân loại câu hỏi (Question Classification), sử dụng các kỹ thuật xử lý ngôn ngữ tự nhiên như nhận dạng định danh (Name Entity Regconition), gán nhãn từ loại (Part of Speech Tagging) để rút trích câu trả lời (Answer Extraction), từ đó xếp hạng và đưa ra câu trả lời cho câu hỏi. Việc tìm kiếm các văn bản liên quan được thực hiện thông qua bộ máy tìm kiếm Google.References
