Abstract
Tóm tắt: Số lượng các công ty khởi nghiệp đang ngày càng tăng, đóng góp phần lớn vào sự tăng trưởng kinh tế, và giải quyết vấn đề việc làm trong hầu hết các nước. Mặc dù ý thức được tầm quan trọng của công nghệ thông tin và các ứng dụng phần mềm trong việc quản lý các hoạt động hằng ngày cũng như trong việc hỗ trợ ra quyết định của tổ chức, tuy nhiên, với những hạn chế về vốn, con người, kỹ thuật, khả năng áp dụng công nghệ thông tin, các công ty khởi nghiệp thường gặp khó khăn trong việc tìm hiểu và chọn lựa phần mềm phù hợp, nhằm tận dụng những ưu thế mà công nghệ mang lại. Bài nghiên cứu sử dụng nền tảng các loại hệ thống thông tin phục vụ cho các cấp quản lý trong tổ chức nhằm xây dựng gợi ý chọn lựa ứng dụng phần mềm cho các công ty khởi nghiệp. Abstract: There is the fact that the number of start-up companies is increasing. They have been strongly contributing to the increase in GDP and solving employment problems in many countries. They have been aware of the vital role of information technology and software applications in managing organization operations. However, due to the difficulties and limitation in capital, human, and technology capabilities, start-up companies have been facing with problems in acquiring appropriate software applications that can support them doing daily activities and making decisions. This study used the framework of information systems supporting levels of management in the organization to develop suggestions for start-ups in selecting and acquiring software applications, to utilize the technology advantages.References
