PROJECT BLACK CREDIT CARD

Abstract

Each year, the U.S. government sends money back to people as a portion of their tax return. The economists hope that American nation will use up this tax refund and it will trigger the U.S. economy. However, in the time of economic crisis, many people try to save money, not to spend. The main idea of this project is to replace the tax refund cheque by a shopping card with limited expiration time. This expiration time is determined via a mathematical model which is presented in part three this project.
